A short entry. I'm not dead. I'm bored. So bored I did my chemistry, well most of it. Why does Becky have to be elsewhere with no phone signal??? I'm such an affection whore. Ho well...I've got lots of reading to do before the holiday's out. I'll post again when I've got more patience methinks...

Top Of the World!
Well...it's been about 6 weeks since i posted...lots to say I guess. I just forgot. Silly me. Well, I couldn't be happier. Nuff said. So, here're the good things I've had in those weeks:
Becky
I've fallen madly in love with Miss Warren...she's absolutely wonderful in every...some things aren't meant to be, but this definitely is. We're so good together, no one has ever made me feel this way. She's a little mind stealer, always thinking of her.
- 28th June: ahh, our first meeting as a couple...Coldplay @ Crystal Palace! With Interpol (NARC!)! It rained, but it didn't matter, it was the most romantic and beautiful night of my life. White Shadows :) I'll always relate that song to my dearest.
- 4th July: we were in London, went to Regent's Park (spooning!) for...hehe, 2 hours. It was bliss!
- 10th July: only saw her for 2 hours, but it was nice all the same
- 12th July: went to her house after work...hehe, it was really nice, cuddling all evening :)
So, I may seem a bit sad, documenting all our encounters...but I've treasured every moment with her and she's raised me to heights I never thought existed. It's absolutely wonderful, she means everything to me!!
School
Well, all my hard work paid off...well and truly. I may just have to bask in those results again:
Chemistry - 86% overall, 2/39 (year), Predicted A
Biology - 78% overall, 1/22 (year), Predicted A
Maths - 73% overall, 6/lots (year), Predicted A
History - 45/60, 3/7 (set), Predicted A
I was sooooo happy it all came off, sets me up nicely for next year :)
Holidays
First holiday I've looked forward to in years. A break from work (for a bit at least), time with Becky, possible gigging...right now I'm working in Holborn, it's good work experience (although London's hot and I'm mostly just proof reading). But the people at the office are really nice, it's great. Nice environment. And AirCon! Hopefully I'll be able to sort the gigging out with John...got lots of Chemistry to do, preparations for Oxford and all...meep. Still, just the mere thought of seeing my darling...
Bass
Ever since I got my Rapture, things have picked up...fast. I'm at least twice, possibly thrice the player I was back in January. It's a joy to play, I can just pick up and play for hours...it's so good. I love it, truely grateful. Phasers!
So, things have been really good the last few weeks, and Becky will keep me floating in the lofty upper atmosphere...indefinitely. I have a lot to thank her for. What does she see in me anyways :p It's so nice though...so so nice...
Probably forgotten a load of stuff...sorry, but I'm too happy right now! Tralala!

Confusion
Well, I've neglected my blog over the last week or two. So what, it's been a crazy, horrible, distorted time. First and foremost, I was dumped on the Friday before yesterday. I guess some things aren't meant to be, and I'll respect Kat's wishes. And hey, we're still friends, and that counts for something (a lot). So yeah, that was pretty hard.
And I've had a terrible week academically. Firstly I score a whopping 41% in biology (dead last). Score! My teacher is the epitome of incompetent. I'm going to start complaining soon. Secondly I score 76% in Chemistry (last equal). Great timing, I'd just won the Chemistry Year Prize and should've got 90% or so. Hence I get several people in my face. Oh joy. Thirdly I score 19/29 in my mechanics test...last again. It was incredibly unfair, I score full marks in 3 question and drop 10 on the last one for a small error. No method marks or anything. THE BASTARDS!
So here I am, having a break. I'm shattered, well and truly. Still have that 3,000 word history essay though... I've also started swimming. Tis tres sociable, and I did 49 lengths on Thursday which was rather good.
So, half term, half term, half term. What to do? Sod all, that's what. Boring boring boring! I want to go forth and be happy...but I'm not really. I think I'll just keep in the good company of my bass...I've learnt Candle! Tres addictive. I'm starting to write my own lines now, but it'd help to be in a band... but i have plans.
So Long,
Bobbles
EDIT:
Hmm, found this on Steve's blog and I like long quizzes for some reason...

I’ve really neglected my poor bwog recently…oh well. Not much has really happened since my last post but there’s been enough going on for me to put in a new thingummy. I’ve also been negelecting Shrinky…I’m a bad, bad boy :p
Today is not my day, I’m being clumsy and silly. Broke my mug handle and snapped my shoelace. It’s 20 past 9 in the morning for crying out loud! Well anyhoo, I had some strange dreams last night. Really strange. Firstly there was something about me, an army and invading France (I’ve been playing Medieval Total War too much recently. Silly me needs a life), then this fifth former (don’t know his name) who stole my croissants in a dream the other night smashed my ruler into lots of pieces! Why? Well anyhoo, I dreamt that people were trying to burgle the house too before I woke up. Actually Kat, Becky, John and Simon all turned up. But Kat was angry with me …no fair :’( I don’t even know why.
Well anyway, on a lighter note…last week was uneventful and Saturday was plain tiring. I threatened to burn one of the year 9’s bibles just to get him to settle down. Then I gave him a 600-word essay “Why I should be Burnt at the Stake”. But I forgot to follow it up. Bugger. Saturday duty was horrible, but no more until after half term, and I’m relieved…it’s pointlessly trying. I’ve got a few tests between now and then, but I hope I’ll be fine.
And Sunday I’ll be back in London! Yay! I’ve been getting withdrawal symptoms lately…unfortunately for the Specialist, time away from you gets me down…I miss you all muchly. I’m so cooped up here like the proverbial chicken. Well, roll on Sunday! Hopefully we’ll have a great time :)
Righty ho, me needs to go because I have to do my Maths Prep.
See you all soon,
Wob

2π Radians
Well, at the moment I'm working flat out. Today:
6:40 - Get up, continue with biology
8:30 - Chemistry
9:20 - Double Maths
10:45 - Brief reprieve. All that talk of pi makes me hungry (teehee)
11:15 - History (we mostly discussed the assassination of people with small arms. It went on to talking about when the Queen visited college and my history don (Irish) was extra security despite his anti-monarchical stance. We tried to ask him whether he regretted not trying. Hehe, it was a big joke, but he'll probably disappear soon at the hands of Mosdale and Fernandez (the resident SAS people))
12:00 - Study Period where I do Chemistry prep and half of my radians maths prep
12:30 - Lunch
12:35 - Finish off Maths prep
12:50 - Biology research
13:20 - Take a reprieve to write my blog after which I'll do more bio
And i'll also start my history essay. I'm working like Slave of the Month. Just with more motivation and I haven't got major exams this year. Just doing this so I can have a leisurely evening...but yeah, it's all going swimmingly so far. Although bio is boring. And due for tomorrow.
Well, anyhoo, tis muchly bad news about John...that was tres tres unfortunate. get well soon! And if he isn't reading this, could some nice person please pass on my message? Merci beaucoup.
I'm really hyper today. The coffee still hasn't worn off. Teehee. Explains the work rate...i was just thinking
back over the last month. Here are the more important events of last month (8th April 2005 - 10th May 2005. Well, the year could be 17PNB (17 years post natum Bobbli). Hehe.
8th April - Interpol!
9th April - Met Kat, Becky and Rachael for the first time. We had a crazy time around Covent Garden, and then I went to one of the best gigs of my life (Interpol, again). Got a setlist and they played Specialist!
12th April - Saw Sam and Fred in Sloane Square, got box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts
14th April - Met Kat, Becky, Rachael again, also met John, Simon and Steve.
17th April - Asked Kat out *life landmark*
28th April - My birthday, got my Prov Driving License (and new passport)
30th April - Northampton avoid relegation from the Zurich Premiership
1st May - Saw Becky, saw Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy (tres fun). Received Eyeliner :p
6th May - Got my Fuzz Factory
8th May - Saw Kat for the first time since I asked her out, and we went around Camden with Becky and Rachael. Saw scary Jesus guy... loaned Fuzz Factory to Becky
Well...that's quite a busy month if ye ask me. A life turnaround from being severely down for the last 3 years to severely happy leprechaun (not gone green yet) in the space of a few weeks. Everything's happened so quickly, it's been amazing. Scary in fact. shame I'm 17 now, i liked being 16. One year closer to retirement...
So anyhoo, I don't really want to go but I have to. I still miss everyone... :( so far away...no fair is it? Well, i guess I'll look into coaches on a Sunday, they seem rather convenient.
Wellity, see you soon,
The Marquis of Bobblosa

4 1/2 Hours of Pure Joy, Now Back to Work and Slavery
Well, yesterday was brilliant. But it's damn annoying to be back at school. I wish I could have just gone back to the junction with Kat, Becky and Rachael. But instead I got to sit on an incompetent train for two hours before walking back to school in the freezing cold. And, although the train was both delayed and slow, I still had to cough up £17. Methinks I'll look into going by coach next time. Humph. And now it's going to be ages before I see anyone again :'( . Oh well, I hope half term ain't that far off.
Well, the full story: yesterday's sermon went on faaaar too long. Overshot by ten minutes. So I couldn't catch the train. But I got a lift to High Wycombe from a friend and got into Marylebone (£8. Bah). After sneaking up on the said group, I got us to Camden. Yay for my directional skills and my only knowledge of bus routes (205) got us to Becky St. and we walked to Camden from there (past Mornington Crescent).
Well, anyhoo, we walked round Camden (you probably guessed that). sorry me weren't too talkative, I don't know why not...I guess I was just a bit knackered. So sorry...
We saw scary Jesus guy. His argument was flawed, especially when he said that "Cancer and Asthma are diseases of the blood". Erm, I think not. Cancer can be transported by the blood, but it's not a disease of the blood you muppet! Becky should've plugged in the Fuzz Factory, would have been quite amusing.
Well, anyhoo, Camden is a rather trippy place. Lots of mushroom shops, lots of bad rastas (tee hee, wastafawian!), lots of Jack Skellington (hehe, Kat was happy). I didn't buy anything though. I'm sure ten quid of mine has gone walkies :( We sat down on the lock for Becky and Rachael to have lunch (Kat is so sweet :) ) And then we went to the llama stall where we got a group photo (please get a duplicate and sendee to meeeeee pleasey!). After which we ambled up to Chalk Farm (via Cyberdog, muchly twippy) to get ice cream. Tres tasty. Teehee, lots of Carlos Dengler boots. Oops, twas random. Unfortunately we had to go back...I have to say, letting go at Victoria was difficult. I didn't want to let go of Kat. No fair :( And now I miss you all. I wish I could spend a couple of days with you some time...I never get enough time. No fair.
So, now I'm back at school. I have a bio essay (since when did you have to do bio essays???), a maths prep, a history essay (ok, fairy nuff..) and a coffee presentation. Mah. This week'll be hectic. I hope I can see you all sooner rather than later, I miss you muchly. Eeps, got work to do.
I shouldn't be here...I'm so far away from you :( See you soon and muchly love and cuddles,
Bobbles
PS: Cheers muchly for the card and Bobbles the Owl, Steve! Much appreciated :)

Must...get...to...Sunday...
So tired...had the Year 9s for prep duty...ha, I just don't show how pissed off I am. So they're horrified when I send them to Holden's for a bollocking. That'll teach the little fuckers...
CCF was terrible, the year 10s are being incredibly adolescent and pretending to sexually harrass me. Haha. Very funny. Christ, why don't people grow up?
And then today in Bio I was so bored. We were using nail varnish to take off s single layer of cells from leaves. It smelt, nice, ethyl propanoate if I'm not much mistaken. So I varnished my nails. Ha. Damn, I'm cynical today...my brain hates me, I might have a peace conference this afternoon.
Which reminds me that I have a presentation to do tomorrow but I've got Mandarin class during prep. Mah...too much work, too little time. Since when did you have biology essays for chrissakes...
Well, I'll be in London on Sunday...hopefully chapel will end at about quarter to 11 so I can get the 11:15 train. I look forward to seeing Kat and Becky again :) I'm feeling a bit lonely over here, all I have for company is my bloody brain...
Well, goodbye,
Bobbles
